on january 29,2008 i was arrested for owi the cop said i was left of center,i plead guilty so that i could get out and back to work,after getting out i was told i could file a article 894 and have it expunged from my record is this true any help would be great my court date was feb 2 2009 my sentence was 6 days to 3 90 day suspended license and a years probation but i need my license and a clear record for my job i am a harley tech and have to do test rides on customers bikes
