i got an OWI in july of 2009 and went to court. The prosecutor had lost my documents and said they would send me a letter stating when i could go back to court. They gave me my bond money back and i still haven't heard a word. Now I got pulled over again for an OWI in August of 2009 and I go to court on the 24th. I was wondering if i will recieve any jail time out of this ordeal and if i could get out of it or not. When i got arrested the first time the police officers did not read me my rights please give me some answers.

You are facing jail time. Your best chance of getting "out of it" is to hire counsel.
