OWI First Offence
I got arrested for an OWI on Friday night, my court date is on 10/31/07. This occured in Indianapolis, IN. I have had differing opinions on whether I should get an attorney or not. What is your opinion.

YES!! You should get an attorney. Anytime you are facing a year in jail, it's worth the expense of hiring an attorney. You have to ask yourself: "How much money is a year in jail worth?" An attorney can help guide you through the pitfalls of going to court.
