owi questions
i was charged with owi, minor posession of alcohol, minor consumption of alc., posession of marijuana and posession of paraphanelia. what will i be sentenced? (probation, comminity service, licence suspension ect...)

A lot of this depends on your prior criminal history,age, employment and what you are willing to do to help yourself. If you have just been charged, you have not been found guilty yet.
