owi/public intoxication first offense

i just got a arrested this weekend for owi and public intoxication. this is the first time i've been arrested, but i do have a history of speeding tickets, 6 or 7 total. i also blew a .16 on the breathlyzer, which puts me in the enhanced category, or whatever it is. i think i'm going to get an attorney. is this the best call? what's the usual punishment for this situation?

You definately should hire an attorney. There are a lot of potholes for you to hit concerning OWI charges.
