You need to speak to your attorney if you are pre- adjudication or an attorney if you have already been convicted and are on probation. Your question indicates that you violated the court's rules concerning an ignition interlock device also called a breath alcohol ignition interlock device (BAIID) used to prevent people from even starting a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol. If you are on probation and the court determines you violated your probation the court can revoke your probation and order you to serve any portion of the sentence it suspended when it placed you on probation.
