If a person does not complete the requirements of probation can their probabion office have them jailed or does a request have to be issued for the court and a hearing done first?

A warrant can be issued for their arrest on a petition for violation of probation, and the person can be in jail for that pending the revocation hearing. Their probation can not be revoked without a court hearing.
