Can a persons' sentence be changed from house arrest to jail because the prosecutor says she was misled? After being fitted with monitoring device for several weeks prosecutor issued arrest warrant because she was misled by attorney about previous DUI

Any change in the sentence is still up to the judge. The real question is whether the judge was misled, I believe. Your attorney is in the best position to advise you on this question.
