Legal Question in DUI Law in Indiana

I need to know my primary residence was in FL. and temp. residence was in Ind. I had an DUI two almost two years ago in IN. When I moved to FL. I surrendered my licence to them and obtained a Fl. licence I recently got charged with a dui for the second time in IN. that is a felony but when released from jail they went by my old dl# which was not valid they had my fl. licence how can all the paperwork have an invalid dl# Do I go by my registered dl# or an invaild one?

The only thing that matters as a criminal defense is your identity, not the id number. That may affect license action down the road,but not criminal responsibility.
