question about a jury trial

hello the question i have is i got a dwi and the police officer didnt see me get out of the car or find my keys in the ignition and i didnt take a breathalizer test because the officer told me it didnt matter if i passed or not i was going to jail what do you think my chances will be with a jury????

Without knowing more details, it seems that there are some facts working in your favor that could lead to an acquittal by a jury, but keep in mind that a jury is composed of 6 people who may or may not give you the full benefit of the doubt that they are SUPPOSED to give you. You need an experienced and competent OWI attorney to give you the best chance at trial, but there is always a risk of conviction even in the best cases.
