Legal Question in DUI Law in Indiana

did i get screwed over?

i got 2 OWIs they were about a year apart. i was underage both times. they put me on antabuse, then i got 6 months house arrest and 3 years of formal probation for my second charge, does that seem right? i have heard of many other people who have had way more OWI than me and they didnt get anytime in jail or house arrest.

No. You got a break. Your "many other people" is bullsh*t. Name one. Next time you get caught, it could be prison. Sounds like you have no plans to be older.
