Statute of Limitations, Indiana DWI
My best friend spent a night in Jail for DWI in Indiana @ 4 yrs. ago and never returned for court. He left the country and came back. roeHis family still lives here and he's thought of returning. Does the statute of limitations apply?

Nope! Your friend has a bench warrant out for his arrest.
He should call the court to determine the amount of bond he needs to post if he's caught (usually during a traffic stop).
If he can afford the bond, he should turn himself in.
