possible wrong court date for a D.U.I.
i was given a court date for a D.U.I.
however the court date is on martin luther king day. i have called the court and they are closed that day, but i am advised to still show up. since this is a wrong court date
could it be grounds for dismisal?

No, it's not grounds for dismissal - and who advised you to show up. I bet it wasn't the court.
