About two years ago I got an OWI. I got a lawyer and ended up receiving a reckless driving charge. I recently finished college for teaching and they are seeing that I went to court for an OWI on my extended background check. I know of someone that got her record expunged. Can I get that done? Ive never had any charges except a few tickets for speeding and of cource this reckless driving charge.

Typically, no. Talk to the person who had told you they had it done, and get a referral to that attorney. Remember, "going to court" doesn't mean anything as the innnocent also go to court to defend themselves. You want to make sure that the background check didn't mistakenly pick this up as an OWI conviction.
