Legal Question in Education Law in Indiana
Harassment on School Bus
Is there an attorney that would handle a case of my daughter being harassed on the school bus, due to a complaint we made of another child riding the bus that was not supposed to be on that bus, the bus driver getting confronted by the principal and my daughter being kicked off the bus for 5 days the same day driver was confronted?

Re: Harassment on School Bus
You can challenge it, but if your daughter WAS in fact acting up, then she can't claim retaliation. Appeal it, but recognize that the only relief would be on paper: by the time you challenged it, the 5 days would be over.
