Juvenile Assault
My son was assaulted by another student at school. It started as a threat progressed to objects being thrown and hitting to physical contact. Can the juvenile be arrested and can the school be held accountable?

Yes to both questions. The schhool has a duty to properly supervise students and to ensure a safe environment. You may have a case based on negligence.
