Court Appointment of Executors
My father died with out a will. I understand that my brother and I will have to be appointed by the court as the executors so that we can handle his affairs. His estate is all in cash so we do not think a lawyer is needed. Is a form available on line that we can use to file with the court to meet the appointment requirement. His estate is over $50,000 so an estate is required.

There are no forms online. Yes, you should consult an attorney.
