my daughter and son-in-law bought a home together I have given them half the down payment what is the best way to title the property so that if I pass away My daughter will receive my share

Probably the best way is to have the property in joint tenancy with you and your daughter. However, you should have a lawyer do this for you. One little mistake and it's worthless.
