my deceased aunt had her husband sign a prenump years ago. he says she made a verbal agreement that he can have everything. by word of mouth. I dont believe this, because she has told me everything is going to her heirs.She died age of 91. when she was supose to have said this. he has her will and has not probated it for 4 years.
