my husband, 70, has terminal illness. When he was released from the hospital 2 wks ago.. his adult daughter took him into her home in NV, removed all his property in home he rented in AZ. (some of the property is mine) Will not speak/text/email me about his illness at all. She is making contact with my husband difficult as well. My husband and I live in different states AZ and IN since 2008. She has taken over and has hospice come to her home. Will not give me Dr names, hospice info or updates on his condition. He also has a girlfriend from AZ who is being emailed his progress and she tells me what she knows. Am I responsible for my husbands care even though his daughter is shutting me out. What can I do for him?

If you have no access to your husband, you cannot be responsible for what transpires.
