Can I legally make my siblings notify me of my mother's health issues? She currently lives in assisted living and has hospital trips, falls, illness, etc... 2 of my siblings have POA. All I want is a phone call if something goes wrong.

No you cannot. They do not have an obligation to inform you of your mother's health issues if she has given them authority to make decisions. In fact, if they were to do so, it could be considered a violation of her privacy. If you need to know about your mother's issues, talk to her directly or else ask her to have your siblings notify you and have her give them permission to do so.
