A Medicaid Home Health Care Agency employee (HHA) left my aunt in the house by herself for over 25 mins to pump breast milk in the car. The agency said that legally they could leave her in the house by herself. The reason why the agency was hired is because it was not safe for her to be alone. Is there any accountability for this behavior?

You should be entitled to a refund for the 25 minutes.
