My mom has passed and my dad has Alzheimer's he has about 300.0000 in property and liquid assets that are in an irrevocable Trust .what is the best thing to do to make him elaigable for m Medicaid

Your question requires an answer which is perhaps more lengthy than space permits here. I would recommend consulting with an elder law attorney to have your father's trust reviewed first. Then, it can be determined when and if Medicaid application is required and whether his circumstances warrant it.
