My mother is showing signs of dementia, she's 71 years old, I live 12 hours away and her husband who just got out of prison for vehicular manslaughter, on probation and is claiming to have sold her properties and is moving her somewhere he is not disclosing. I do know her name is on the deeds but I'm not certain now. I see now she was showing signs of the illness before his release I just didn't realize it was that. They live in Indiana and I am not sure what to do? Please do you have any suggestions?

You don’t have enough information. The only way to get proper answers is to have a lawyer look into it for you.
