Power of Attorney
I have durable POA for my father, who is suffering from Parkinson's and it's related dementia. I have taken over control of all of his finances and his medical care. He has several rental properties, is the sole proprietor of an S-Corp, and still owns his own home which I am trying to maintain while we try to sell it. I'm up to my eyeballs taking care of his affairs. Taking care of all of this is like having a third full-time job. Can I be compensated for all the time I'm putting in to taking care of these things? Thanks!
