Hello, I have a question about Medicaid eligibility in Indiana for elderly immigrants. Which of the two situations is preferable, 1) they live with their children or 2) they are a separate household and live in a house (not owned by them) and their children provide 100% financial support. What are the asset/income considerations in both cases? In the second case, if the house is owned by their children, could that be a reason for denial ?
