my two sisters have power of attorney over my mother they trapped into signing do they have the right to force her in assisted living or nursing home
my mother has a bad memory issue and did not know what she was signing

Whether your mother was competent or not can only be determined by a court, with medical evidence. Your opinion doesn't count. Your sisters can only put your mother in a nursing home if your mother has given them authority to take such action by way of a medical/health power of attorney. So it really depends on what your mother signed.
