i have been taking care of my grandmother for over 2years and she has been placed in a nursing home cause she needed 24 hour care. i was told by medicaid and i seen the paper stating for the house to be transfered into my name. i have the doctors statements for that to go through. what do i have to do to get it to be legal?

You really need to have an attorney familiar with Medicaid law help with that transfer so as not to jeapoardize your rights to the house. Mary 317-633-4002.
