Theft of family member from bank of alzheimer's patient
i recently learned that my brother has been using my mother's debit card to withdraw money from her and my father's joint bank account. as i have guardianship over her, do have any recourse as to her half of the account? my father does not wish to file charges, but i do.

You have a duty and obligation to either file charges or file suit in your guardianship to recover the monies that belong to your ward. You also need to separate your ward's money from the spouse's money.
