Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

I have 2 adopted child 10yr daughter, and 6 yr son, mind you both are adopted. I am seeking for a Divorce from my husband. My husband has been suspecting me and it has been since the beginning of the marriage. Due to his suspicion, I am confined to my kids and 4 walls, and my husband restricts me talking to people, even those whom i transact on daily basis e.g milkman, paperwala or anybody for that matter. This has been to the extent .. he has put CCTV at home. I am not aware of his financial dealings and he has been borrowing money from my brother and now even my ornaments have been mortgaged. We do not own a house, had to sell 3 years ago due to financial crunch and I am not sure, why are we at this juncture. Now we are giving up the rented place and I do not have a shelter for me and my kids. i do not know how will I take care of the children. I am not even sure, my husband would be in a position to support us financially if in case we decide to separate. Is there an option to give back the child .. from where we have adopted it ... well this could be the worst scenario and I would not like to see that happening .. but one never know, since I have not been working and completely out of touch of the real world .. i had blind faith on my husband and this is what it has come to

If you cannot take of your children, adopted or biological, you may deliver them to the department of children services to care for. What you should do is go to the closest women's shelter for help immediately.
