Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

Im 19 now and I had a child at 16 while living with my parents and over those two years Ive been kicked out of the home, well this past time I got kicked out my mother sent me to Wisconsin to live with my grandmother and my mother will not give me my son. She has no legal paper or documents saying my son is not alloud to leave there and I have custody. I signed co-garudianship to her and my step dad when i was 16 because my son had phnemonia and my son couldn't get put on my step dad's insurance unless he had gaurdianship and the guardianship papers say that it is for insurance purposes only. Now Im doing everything I can do get him back. I have a steady job, I have insurance, I have a home. Is there anything I can do?

Ask the court to terminate the guardianship as being no longer necessary.
