Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

I have 100% custody of my daugher. Her father pays support when he wants, last payment in August, and sees her when its convient. he recently divorced wife #2 and did not have a smoke free to take our daughter to for visiation. he has informed me that now he is living with mom and dad and he has a room for her. the neighborhood is not safe and has been plagued with drugs and robbery and has 10 sex offenders within walking distance. I have asked him to see her but not in that location. he of course thinks i am being crazy. do i have a leg to stand on if i insist this be done?

Go ahead and ask. All the court can say is no. You might want to find out how often Mom and Dad have been crime victims though. Also, the court will want to know how many sex offeenders live within walking distance of your house and your child's school as a comparison.
