Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

I have 2 daughters in Indiana (Ages 20 and 22) that I pay child support for. One daughter has 2 children and the other daughter has a child. My oldest daughter started courses after she was 21, which complicates the emancipation process due to Indiana's emancipation laws. I opted to not seek emancipation for both daughters, or modification of child support, in order to help with the financial burden. I also have 3 children with my current wife (Ages: 13, 11, and 6). I have recently retired from the Navy, living in NY, and gotten a little behind on finances while seeking new employment. My "Ex" does not live with either children, but maintains my oldest daughters address as her own, and hasn't given my younger daughter a dime for the last 2 years. Now I'm seeking emancipation. My ex won't give me her address or lawyer's name, and wants to contest the emancipation. Do I have any options that are not going to cost me copious amounts of cash out of pocket? If I need to involve a lawyer, what fees would I be looking at paying?

You need to consult with a local attorney as the issues are far to complicated for this forum.
