Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

my 2 daugthers were sexually molested by their father and the state will not file charges against him. i did have a no contact order against him but the judge will not renew it and he will not take my ex's visitation rights away. my ex since we split has been convicted of sexual battery and now is a registered sex offender for life after he was convicted for raping a 23 year old woman and her 84 year old grandmother he has also been convicted for possession of cocaine and was just recently released from prison. the detective in charge of the case never returns my calls, the prosecuters office refers me back to the lead detective on the case and say they can not prosecute because it is my daughters words against my ex's. what can i do to protect my daugthers and keep this man away from my children?

The only protection you have is with the judge. The attorney who represented you in your request to terminate parenting time will best be able to give you any remaining options. If you did not have an attorney representing you in that request, that is the main problem. You have to have legal counsel in court with you to deal with this difficult issue. There is no easy answer that you can get in this forum.
