Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

im 17ears old and im pregnant and the father is 28. Is there anyway he cant get into trouble like the romeo and juliet law in indiana? I will be 18 a few months before i have the child. If so ,if he gets into trouble, anyway i can help him not go to jail

He has broken no law in Indiana, unless he is your teacher, coach, or someone else in authority over you.
