Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

I am 22. I am currently not enrolled in college. My mother and father both were ordered to pay child support to my grandmother. My father held his end of the bargain, but my mother did not pay nearly close to what she was supposed to. Is there any way to find out if she, or both, still owe back support and if so, how would i collect it?
