Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

I have a 18 month old so whos father does not see him and dose not have visitation rights set up threw court. But he does pay child support threw court. I am getting married in Feb. Of 2011 and moving to NC with my husband who is in the army. How do i go about all of this an contacting the courts?

Unless the court said he can not visit the child in an order, you are wrong when you say he has no visitation rights set up through court. In any event, contact an attorney to make sure you send the proper notice of your intended move.

Jay is right. He has rights unless the court order indicates otherwise. You should contact an attorney as it is important that you follow the Relocation Statute.
