Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

I am 18 and do not wish to see my non-custodial father anymore. He insists that I must continue visitation until I graduate. The court order was to follow the Indiana State Guidelines. Do I have to continue visitation until I graduate?

No, but if you want some financial assistance from him after graduation for college, you need to maintain your relationship with him in some regular fashion.
