im 17 and my parents are getting divorced i was wondering if i could go live with my god mom in wisconsin my mom wants to move their and she is ok with this we both beleive i could have a better life their.My dadhas done nothing but physically and ,mentally abused me my whole life as a result im on antidepressants he has a horrendous record inclulding 7 duis selling cocaine, marajauna and he is losing his license again for ten years in the spring he didnt stop his ex from moving trhe kids can he stop me with all of this

If you want to live with your mother in Wisconsin, and are willing to say this to a judge or a counselor, there is very little chance that the judge would stop it. If you are planning to live with a third party (at least before age 18), the answer is different.
