15 and pregnant

I am 15 years old I got pregnant at 14 and I live in Indiana. I want to get emancipated from my dad because he doesn't get me medical treatment and he puts under a lot of stress. He does not want to help with the baby in any way. So how do I get emancipated?

You can't and shouldn't. He doesn't have to "help with the baby". It was your decision to have sex, and your decision to keep the baby instead of placing the child in an adoptive home. If he physically or financially keeps you from getting medical care for yourself, you should contact your local department of child sevices and report this.
