Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

I have 4 sons by my ex wife (19, 18, 15, and 12). The 19 year old has been on his own for over a year and living with friends in Petersburg VA, my 18 year old also has been on his own for almost 2 years and just completed Job corps in New Jersey. My other 2 sons live with their mother in Ohio, she has not seen nor financially supported my oldest sons in over 2 years. I continue paying her support for 4 children even though the oldest two have not been helped. Is this grounds to emancipate the 2 oldest? Both have confirmed that she has NEVER helped them.
