Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

Hi I am about to be 16 in a week in I want ot get emacipated. I feel that I am able to take care of myself. I've been in fostercare since i was 5 years old, just 6 months ago I reconnected with my parents. I thought it was going to be great but now I see its not. My dad is physically and emotionally abusive. I have put up with the abuse from others all my life, now im jus fed up with. I just want to talk to somebody to see if I have grounds for an emancipation. From what I've told you so far do I have grounds for emacipation? If you think not there is so much more I need to tell you.
