Im 17 and I will be 18 as of June 19 2011. If I were to move to my grandparents which I used to live with for 5 years, would my dad or stepmother be
able to anything to me?

Yes, they are your parents and if they do not approve, you are stuck until age 18, absent a guardianship or CHINS involvement for an abusive situation.
