Can I take my 7 year old daughter to live with me out of state - Indiana to California when I get full custody? Father will remain in Indiana

If the court says it is ok. then yes.

You need to properly present this relocation to the court. If the court finds that the relocation is made in good faith and is in the best interest of the child, the child will probably be allowed to move with you.
