Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana
My 16 year old daughter is pregnant. The father of the baby is 18 years old, a legal adult. My question is who is responsible for the medical bills for their baby, me or her adult boyfriend?

Your daughter and her boyfriend both have responsibility for all of their baby's bills...you do not. You and the boyfriend both have responsibility for your daughter's bills (her care, not the grandbaby's) to the medical providers, and your daughter is probably responsible for her own costs too. Your daughter needs to go see an attorney to deal with all of this.
