Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

My 5 year old daughter has never received any of her immunizations, because her mother is "against" them. Her mother and I are divorced and our divorce decree states that we both have equal decision in her health care. Am I able to take her to be immunized?

I dont know if this is a religious issue, if not, file an emergency petition wiht the court to rder the immunizations. Your child's health is at risk!
