Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

19 year old leaving home
There is a 19 year old who is adopted. She would like to spend time with us, but her parents will not let her. My daughter saw her the other day at Wal-mart, and she hugged her and said, ''Please help me get out of there. Please.'' I called her yesterday and they let me talk to her and I asked her if she would like to spend some time with us, and she said yes.I was to call back this evening. I did and they again let me talk to her and she said thatshe was sorry but she had made plans all week long with her sister-in-law. There is something going on here and I am wondering if there is something legal that I can do. She has said tht they will not allow her to make any phones calls at all. We have known this girl since she was 4 and she calls us Grandma and Grandpa. We are not biologically related to her, but would like to help her if we can. Thanks for your time. I hope you can help me.

If you feel that she is being kept against here will then you should contact the authorities.
