can a 17 year old living with a parent in Indiana be forced to move back to Illinois with the other parent

Depends. Is there a custody order stating that the child live with the parent in Illinois? Is the child a runaway? Is the child emancipated? Is there a pending court order demanding the return based on some factual evidence presented in front of the judge? Is it one parent saying that the child should return? Is the police demanding that the child return? The FBI?
