Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

I am a 20 year old male, and i want to date/have a sexual realtionship with a 17 year old female. Her father and step-mother do not approve, but her mother does. Can i be charged with a criminal offense for dating/having a sexual relationship with this girl even know her parents do not approve.

No. However, I am sure that they could cause

other difficulties for both of you and

depending on the circumstances, come

up with other charges.
