Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

I have a 20 year old who has moved out, not signed up for classes this semester so her insurance will be dropped, and has scheduled a surgery on her own expecting me to pay for it. What is my medical liability for her considering these events? Do I have to pay for her medical bills at age 20, living on her own, working full tme, not a student, not covered by my insurnace?

You need to post more information. Are you subject to a court order for support for this child? If so, what does it say? What is the other parent's obligation?

If you are just talking about the child of an intact marriage, you and your spouse(the other parent) have no legal responsibility past 18.
